Our service
We design, build, and maintain websites for local businesses. This may include, with your permission, connecting your Facebook Page so that content you post (such as your schedule or hours) can be displayed automatically on your website.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the business and any accounts (including Facebook Pages) you connect.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide or post, including anything pulled from your own social media.
- You agree not to use our service for unlawful purposes.
Facebook-connected features
Where your website displays content from your Facebook Page, that content originates from you. We display it as posted and are not responsible for its accuracy. You can disconnect this at any time; see our Data Deletion page.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand, logo, photos, and content. We retain ownership of our underlying tools and code, and grant you the right to use the website we deliver for your business.
Availability
We work to keep websites and automated features running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and third-party platforms (such as Facebook or hosting providers) may change or interrupt their services outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solace Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new date.
